Aim

To provide excellent and accessible medical care to all patients, addressing the local community needs and considering our available local resources. To be efficient and effective in providing healthcare and maintaining a sustainable business.

Vision

To support our staff with appropriate training and knowledge in order to develop and maintain safe systems of working whilst maintaining our focus on providing compassionate, patient centred care. We will continue to monitor and audit our systems, reflecting on complaints, patient feedback and points learned through the delivery of general practice in an open culture; working hard with    mutual respect  for patients and colleagues.

To maintain respect, dignity and privacy in providing continuity of excellent care to patients whilst addressing patient needs across a wide variety of patient groups, from the cradle to the grave.
