Patient Participation Group

Ensuring that we meet our patients’ expectations has always been very important to us and we are keen to identify all areas where we can further improve our services.

To help achieve this we have established a Patients Participation Group (PPG); the aim being to listen to your views, share ideas and directly involve our patients in shaping the range and quality of services we provide.  The group is made up from registered patients with the practice.

The group meets regularly with practice staff and clinicians to support the practice in delivering a high quality of care and service delivery.  In addition to regular formal meetings it engages with practice staff in support of specific projects such as the role out of new services.

Members of the PPG are also engaged with the wider NHS Integrated Care System for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.  Examples include the Falmouth and Penryn Primary Care Network, the Central Integrated Care Area PPG umbrella group and the Central Integrated Care Area Board.
